The Ridgeview Fire Department (RFD) is an all-volunteer department that depends on members of the community to provide fire protection and EMS services to the residents of the County of Ridgeview, Town of Glen Haven, Carrington University, and surrounding Ridgeview County. Individuals with all levels of experience are welcome, from those brand-new to the fire service to those with extensive experience.

 

The department is comprised of local area residents and undergrad and graduate students. All required gear and training is provided, free-of-charge to volunteers.
